Eel Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium-low heat until the sauce has reduced by 1/3 and is thick and syrupy, about 5 to 6 minutes. The sauce can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
