Caprese Kabobs

  • 12 pieces buffalo bocconcini
  • 12 tear drop tomatoes, assorted colors
  • 6 each black and green pitted olives
  • 12 basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon fleur de sel
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 recipe Arugula Pesto


  • Assemble, tomatoes, basil (roll from one end to the other), mozzarella balls and olives on medium-sized toothpicks. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve with arugula pesto.
