Ingredients
- 2 ounces Hendrick's gin
 - 1 ounce St. Germain or other elderflower liqueur
 - 1 tablespoon simple syrup
 - 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
 - 2 ounces Champagne
 - 2 lemon twists
 
Directions
Combine the gin, St. Germain, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker over ice. Shake until well chilled. Pour into two champagne flutes and top with the champagne. Garnish with the lemon twists and serve immediately.
