    Chive Cream
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sour cream
 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
 - 2 tablespoons dry white wine
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
 
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended. Serve immediately or store, refrigerated, in an airtight container for 2 days.
