The Avalanche

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes plus time to freeze
  • Total Time: 1 hour
  • Yield: 2 servings


  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 1/4 cup Kahlua or other coffee flavored liquor
  • 1/4 cup Irish cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate liquor
  • 1/4 cup brandy


  • Pour all of the ingredients in the bowl of a blender and blend for 1 minute. Pour the cocktail into a shallow baking dish and freeze for at least 1 hour and up to overnight. Stir briskly before serving in a frozen glass.
