Emeril's Rum Punch

Treat yourself to this tasty rum cocktail this summer!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 ounce Malibu Mango Rum
  • 3/4 ounce Bacardi Orange Rum
  • Splash of Meyer's Dark Rum
  • 1/2 ounce orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  • Splash of grenadine
  • lemon wheel and maraschino cherry, for garnish

Directions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the three rums, orange juice, pineapple juice and splash of grenadine over ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled, then strain into an old fashion glass over fresh ice.

  • Garnish with the lemon wheel and maraschino cherry.

    Enjoy.
