- 5 pounds assorted fresh sausages (seafood, andouille, merguez, Italian, chicken, pork)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Homemade Mustard, for serving
Preheat the grill to medium-high.
Drizzle the sausages with the oil, place them on the grill, and grill for 7 minutes.
Then turn them over and cook for another 7 minutes.
(Cooking times will vary based on the type of sausage; they are cooked through when the juices run clear when the sausages are pierced with the tip of a knife.)
