- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to blend. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
