  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to blend. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
