Cocktail Cubes

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 12 hours to freeze
  • Yield: 24 cubes about 4 to 6 cocktails


  • 10 ounces rum
  • 8 ounces coconut water
  • 6 ounces pineapple juice
  • 6 ounces lime juice


  • Combine all of the ingredients in a large pitcher and mix well.

    Pour the cocktail into a large ice cube tray.

    Freeze for at least 12 hours. The cocktail cubes can easily be transferred to a resealable container or water bottle to take to the beach or on the boat.
