- 10 ounces rum
- 8 ounces coconut water
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
- 6 ounces lime juice
Combine all of the ingredients in a large pitcher and mix well.
Pour the cocktail into a large ice cube tray.
Freeze for at least 12 hours. The cocktail cubes can easily be transferred to a resealable container or water bottle to take to the beach or on the boat.
