- 2 ounces crystal rum
- 1 ounce strawberry liqueur
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1/4 ounce lemon juice
- 5 dashes Bittermen’s Burlesque hibiscus spice bitters
- Crushed pink peppercorns, for rimming the glass
- zinfandel wine, for floating on top of cocktail
Combine all ingredients except the pink peppercorns and the zinfandel in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake to chill. Moisten part of the rim of a chilled martini glass and dip in the pink peppercorns.
Strain the chilled drink into the glass and float the top with a bit of zinfandel.
