- 1 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup water, as needed
Whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, lemon juice, garlic and salt. Add water little by little to form a smooth, creamy sauce the consistency of heavy cream.
