  • 1 1/2 pounds turnips, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • Place all ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Cook the turnips until they are tender and the sauce becomes a shiny glaze, about 15 minutes.
