- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well.
Store vinaigrette in a resealable container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
