Toasted coconut adds a festive and flavorful garnish to this daiquiri.

  • 1 ½ ounces aged rum
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce coconut syrup
  • Toasted coconut, for rimming the glass
  • Lime twist, for garnish


  • Combine the rum, lime juice, and coconut syrup over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake until well-chilled.

  • Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass that is rimmed with toasted coconut.

    Garnish with a twist of lime and enjoy.
