    Delmonico Daiquiri
Toasted coconut adds a festive and flavorful garnish to this daiquiri.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces aged rum
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 ounce coconut syrup
- Toasted coconut, for rimming the glass
- Lime twist, for garnish
Directions
- Combine the rum, lime juice, and coconut syrup over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake until well-chilled. 
- Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass that is rimmed with toasted coconut. - Garnish with a twist of lime and enjoy.
