Chocolate Ganache

This chocolate ganache goes with Jeremy's S'Mores Ice Cream Sandwich but you can use it as a filling for a cake or tart as well.

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 2 1/4 cups


  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped


  • In a small saucepan bring cram to a boil over high heat. Remove from the heat and whisk in the chocolate. Let cool, stirring occasionally, until thickened but still pourable.

    The ganache is best used the day it is made.
