- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetend chocolate, chopped
In a small sauce over medium heat, add the cream, butter and sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture comes up to a simmer. Add the chocolate, remove from the heat and whisk constantly until the mixture begins to come together.
