- 4 thick-cut pork chops
- Canola oil
- Garlic Jam
Preheat a grill to medium-high. Brush pork chops with oil and season with Essence. Place pork on grill and grill on both sides, turning 45 degrees midway on both sides to form grill marks, until a meat thermometer reaches 150 to 155 degrees F, 8 to 10 minutes per side (or less, depending on thickness of pork chops)*. Serve pork chops with garlic jam.
*To ensure that your pork chops are still nice and juicy, don't overcook them. Use an instant read thermometer to test them and cook only to an internal temperature of about 140 degrees F. Let chops rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
