  • Yield: Six 8-inch waffles


  • One and two- thirds biscuit mix
  • One-third cup yellow corn meal
  • One and one-third cup 1% milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • One-fourth cup egg substitute
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter


  • Combine all the ingredients and stir to mix. Pour about one-third cup into a hot waffle iron sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake until steaming stops. Repeat until all the batter is used.
