- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup frozen strawberries in syrup
- 1 cup peach slices in syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Orange juice (or tropical mix)
- Red fruit (Hawaiian) punch
- Light Caribbean rum
- In a large blender, puree the bananas, strawberries and peaches, then blend to incorporate ice into a thick "base." Fill the blender with equal parts juice and punch; add rum to taste. Blend until smooth.
- Note: If you want the drink thicker, add another banana or more ice.
