Blueberry Sorbet
Instructions
Add the blueberries, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a food processor and puree until smooth. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturers' instructions.
Ingredients
- 2 pints fresh blueberries
- Two and one-half cups sugar
- Juice of 2 lemons
- One and one-fourth cups cold water
