Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine the maple sugar, brown sugar, cream, egg, flour and butter in a mixing bowl and stir to blend. Pour the mixture into the pie shell and bake until filling is set and pastry is golden brown, 40 to 50 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving. Slice the pie into individual servings and serve warm.
