NOLA Peach Tea

<p>This New Orleans-inspired cocktail is a great way to enjoy a "kicked-up" iced tea.</p> <p>Available at <a href="">Emeril's New Orleans Fish House</a> June 21st - September 1st.</p> <p><sub>Recipe by Bar Manager, Isaac Rendon.</sub></p>

NOLA Peach Tea


  • 2 ounces Bulleit Bourbon
  • 1 ounce peach puree
  • 3/4 ounce freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 ounces fresh-brewed iced tea
  • 2 pieces candied peach or fresh peach slices, for garnish
  • 1 large sprig fresh mint


  • In a cocktail shaker combine the bourbon, peach puree, lemon juice and iced tea. Add ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain the cocktail into an ice-filled Collins glass, and garnish with the peach slices and mint sprig.
