A spritz is a great way to kick off a meal and a party. It is a nice aperitif before a big meal. This spin on a spritz is great during the winter months when blod oranges are in season.

Venetian Spritz With Prosecco, Aperol And Blood Orange Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Aperol
  • 1 ounces blood orange juice
  • 4 ounces Prosecco
  • Blood orange slice, for garnish

Directions

  • Into a champagne flute, pour the Aperol and blood orange juice. Fill remainder of flute with Prosecco. Garnish with a blood orange slice and serve immediately.
