Brandy Milk Punch

Brandy Milk Punch is the perfect brunch cocktail and it is often served in New Orleans during Carnival season. This is a Southern classic that deserves a revival.

  • Yield: 1 serving


  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 ounces brandy
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg


  • Shake with ice, strain into a rocks or Collins glass, and sprinkle the top with fresh nutmeg.
