Green Dreams Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby kale or spinach
  • 1 cup mango cubes, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup tangerine juice
  • 1 rib celery, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey

Directions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in the blender, puree until smooth. Add a handful of ice, continue to blend to smooth. Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
