Bird of Paradise
This summertime cocktail is great for a special occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 ΒΌ ounce Absolut Grapevine
- 1 ounce X Rated Fusion Liqueur
- 1 ounce Yuzu Sour
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Splash of soda water
- Slice of lemon, for garnish
Directions
Combine all ingredients except the soda water and lemon slice in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass and top off with a splash of soda water.
Garnish with the lemon slice and serve.
