  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Essence
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well to blend. Serve with the Shrimp and Green Onion Pancakes.
