Ingredients
- 2 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
- 2 ounces Brandy
- 1 ounce creme de cocoa
- ? cup heavy cream
- Freshly grated nutmeg
Directions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass and garnish with nutmeg.
- Yields: 1 serving
