Classic Blue Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
- Two-thirds cup each of mayonnaise and sour cream
- Three-fourth cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Chill before serving.
