Texas Signature Steak Rub
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 2 tablespoons chipotle powder
- One-third cup hickory smoke seasoning*
- One-fourth cup sugar
- 1 cup dark chili powder
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- One-fourth cup Hungarian paprika
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Generously rub on steaks and "get to grillin’!”
