Quick Horseradish Sauce

  • Yield: About 3/4 cup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely-grated horseradish
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • In a small saucepan combine horseradish, vinegar, sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer until liquid has reduced by half. Cool slightly. In a small bowl whisk sour cream to lighten. Add horseradish mixture, stir until well-combined and season to taste with salt and pepper.
