Emeril's Rose Sangria

Emeril's Rose Sangria

Drop by Emeril's New Orleans to experience their new happy hour menu -- and enjoy a refreshing cocktail such as this berry rosé sangria!

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 10 minutes, plus time to macerate fruit
  • Yield: 6 servings


  • 12 large strawberries, hulled and halved or quartered
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 3/4 cup triple sec
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1 bottle French dry rose
  • Splash of sprite or your favorite sparkling lemon soda
  • Orange slices, for garnishing


  • Combine the strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries in a large bowl and add the triple sec, simple syrup, and enough of the rosé to just cover the fruit. Stir gently and set aside to macerate at least 1 and up to 3 hours.(Refrigerate if macerating for longer than 1 hour.)

    When ready to serve, add the rest of the rosé, stir, and serve ladled into chilled glasses over ice. Garnish with a splash of lemon soda and an orange slice.
