- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) Rhubarb Syrup
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) elderflower liquor, such as St. Germain
- 10 ounces champagne or sparkling wine
- 2 lemon twists
Add 1 tablespoon of Rhubarb Syrup and 1 tablespoon of elderflower liquor to each glass. Top off with the champagne and add a lemon twist to each.
