- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cjup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey, preferably a darker variety
- 2 tablespoons Tamari
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
The vinaigrette will last up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
