Emeril's New Orleans Restaurants are joining the NOLA Locavores 5th Annual Eat Local Challenge to raise awareness of the nutritional, economic, environmental and cultural benefits of eating locally sourced foods. From June 1-30, Emeril's, Emeril's Delmonico and NOLA Restaurant will be offering an Eat Local Challenge Dish as participants and supporters of this event.
