The Sandeman Don himself George Sandeman, the Cocktail Guru Team (Jonathan Pogash, Hal Wolin & Pamela Wiznitzer) and Chef de Cuisine David Slater will walk guests through this standout evening that will include four delectable international courses inspired by the cuisines of Portugal, England and France whose histories are a part of the Port's rich heritage.
