- 2 ounces vanilla vodka, plus more for rimming
- Green, gold, and purple sugar, for rimming
- ½ Baileys Irish Cream
- ½ ounce Grand Marnier
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- ½ ounce whole milk
- 3 drops hazelnut extract
Rim a Martini glass with vodka and rim with the colored sugars.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice then add the vodka, Baileys, Grand Marnier, simple syrup, milk, and hazelnut extract. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into the rimmed glass over ice and serve.
