Blue Cheese Creme Fraiche

  • Yield: Makes about 1 cup


  • 4 ounces Pt. Reyes Blue Cheese
  • 1 1/2 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 4 ounces Crème Fraiche


  • Add all of the ingredients except the crème fraiche to a food processor and blend until smooth. Fold in the crème fraiche and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
