Charlotte, NC, July 30, 2014 – e2 emeril’s eatery is sliding into fall with a fun Friday afternoon menu available on the patio. Starting Friday, Aug. 1 and continuing throughout the month, e2 emeril’s eatery will offer three distinctively different sliders created by chef de cuisine Brian Mottola.
Pulled Pork Sliders $5
Smoked, Eastern Carolina style, apple cider slaw
Chopped Brisket Sliders $5
Whole Creole-rubbed brisket, smoked and chopped, pickled peppers
Smoked Chicken Sliders $5
Applewood-smoked, melted Cheddar
“People had a lot of fun at our seasonal crawfish boils and clambakes,” says Mottola. “In fact, we sold out of spots on the patio most nights. We’re past crawfish and clambake season, but sliders span all seasons. They’re the perfect food to eat with a group – they’re easy to pick up, easy to eat but hardy at the same time. This is true patio food.”
Abita beer is available on draft for $5 and Budweiser and Bud Lite bottles are $4.
