Espresso Martini

  • Yield: About 5 servings


  • 2 cups freshly brewed espresso, chilled
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 1 cup coffee or hazelnut liqueur
  • Chocolate-covered espresso beans for garnish


  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the espresso, vodka and liqueur. Shake for 30 seconds, or until foamy. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with chocolate-covered espresso beans. Serve at once.
