Scorpion Bowl


  • 4 pineapple wedges
  • 4 maraschino cherries
  • 4 ounces light rum
  • 2 ounces brandy
  • 4 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 6 ounces fresh orange juice
  • 1.5 ounces orgeat syrup
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • Top with 151 or some other overproof rum


  • Place all ingredients except the 151 in a blender and mix well. Pour the drink into a scorpion bowl, and add the 151 to the raised bowl in the middle. Flame the 151 and serve immediately.
