Lemon Chardonnay Cake

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 1/4 cup chardonnay
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped


  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease 9x13-inch baking pan and set aside.
  • Combine the cake mix, wine, vegetable oil and eggs in medium-sized mixing bowl and mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into the prepared pan and bake 30 minutes. Allow to cool. Serve with the strawberries and whipped cream.
