    Bellini
Ingredients
- One-half ounce peach brandy
 - 1 ounce peach puree
 - 3 ounces champagne or sparkling wine
 
Directions
- Use fresh or frozen peaches, and be sure to reserve a slice of peach to put in the glass
 - Put the peach puree and brandy in a champagne flute; fill the glass with the champagne or sparkling wine.
