Harriet's Charoset
Ingredients
- 3 large Pink Lady or Honey crisp apples, finely chopped (approx 6 cups)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoons Kosher sweet wine such as Manishevitz Concord Grape
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to combine well. Refrigerate and serve chilled, in small bowls or cups.
