Emeril's Bean Sprouts

  • Yield: 4 servings


  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 pound bean sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley


  • In a wok, heat the peanut oil. When the oil is hot add the sprouts, garlic and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 30 seconds. Remove from the heat. Season with salt and pepper. Place on a platter and garnish with peanuts and parsley.
