    Truffle Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 pound potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked until fork tender, hot
 - 4 tablespoons truffle butter
 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
 - Drizzle of truffle oil
 - Salt and white pepper
 
Directions
- Mash the potatoes until smooth. Stir in the truffle butter and cream and mash until incorporated. Season the potatoes with a drizzle of truffle oil, salt and white pepper.
