Bellini
Instructions
Use fresh or frozen peaches, and be sure to reserve a slice of peach to put in the glass
Put the peach puree and brandy in a champagne flute; fill the glass with the champagne or sparkling wine.
Makes 1 serving

- One-half ounce peach brandy
- 1 ounce peach puree
- 3 ounces champagne or sparkling wine
