Over medium high heat, heat the oil in the wok. Cook the mushrooms in batches until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Add the bell peppers and snow peas and cook for 2 minutes or until just wilted. Add the rice and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Add the green onions, pork, shrimp, and sausage. Stir in the garlic, eggs, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
